Is this a SaaS product?
No. Fee Collection OS is installed end-to-end at your institute (or the cloud account you control). Ghanshyam Digital sets it up, configures fee flows, and hands you a running system — not a shared multi-tenant login.
Where does our data live?
With you. Students, invoices, payments, and reminder history stay in your environment. You’re not renting a slice of someone else’s database.
Is this a school ERP?
No. It’s a fee collection system for coaching institutes — students, installments, payment links, reminders, and collections dashboards. Not admissions, attendance, or exams.
Which payment gateways are supported?
Razorpay is live today for EMI, partial, and full-balance payment links, with webhooks that mark invoices paid automatically. Need another gateway (e.g. PayU, Cashfree, or institute-specific)? Tell us on the demo — we wire what your parents already use.
How do parents pay?
They open a secure pay page or a payment-gateway link for the installment due. Once paid, the receivable updates — no staff typing receipts by hand.
Do we need Meta WhatsApp Business approval?
For automated fee reminders, yes — an approved UTILITY template on WhatsApp Cloud API. Until that’s live, staff can still follow up via WhatsApp links from the follow-up list. We handle template setup as part of deployment.
What about email reminders?
Yes. The same reminder engine sends email on the D-3 / D-0 / D+3 cadence alongside WhatsApp, using your institute’s mail setup.
Can we run multiple branches or batches?
Yes. Students, fee schedules, and collections reporting are built for coaching ops with batches and branches. We’ll map your structure during install.
